I have to be completely honest in saying that the bank that I do business with gave me a $25 dollar off coupon to do my taxes @ Jackson Hewitt. No offense to them, but I decided to have my taxes prepared at the H&R Block located on Broadway across from the Wittie. I was looking for two things: (1) To get my taxes done Correctly and (2) Customer Service with a Smile. I was tired that day and I had it in my mind to stay away from any hints of rude or unprofessional attitudes... Bad customer service is "Everywhere" these days. If I pay good money to have someone do my taxes and i'm polite to them, I expect it in return. I got just what I asked for, great service, down to earth staff. They weren't busy trying to get me in and out so that they could move on to the next person... Things get missed that way. No, the woman who prepared my taxes took her time, answered all of my questions, spoke with me about my questions regarding investing in a Roth IRA account. She knew her stuff, wasn't short or rude at all. In fact, out of the three staff members working that afternoon... All were very pleasant and helpful. I give them an A+++, and I will always recommend the company, especially that location. So if anyone out there in San Antonio's tired of crummy service and done dealing with being rushed out the door, and you're looking to have your taxes done (STRESS-FREE)... Go to the location i'm recommending.
