Best 1st Tattoo Experience - Whether you're going in for a LARGE Tattoo or your first SMALL tattoo- Vince is the guy. He has the best bedside manners and always makes you feel comfortable. My husband and I have always gone to Vince for ours, so when our 18yr old daughter wanted one, we only wanted her to see the BEST.

Since, kids don't to listen nor take the advise of parents, I'm so happy that she took our advise and visited Vince. He guided her and educated her answered all her questions. Never rushing her or making her feel uncomfortable.

She walked in with a clip art of what she wanted, Vince took that clip art and created a detailed piece. He's up to speed with all the Technology and he was able to show her visually what her tattoos would look like and the placement.

We got FIRST CLASS experience all the way. You can't go wrong with any ARTIST AT THE HEART OF TEXAS TATTOOS OR VINCE.

Cons- HE NEEDS TO CHARGE MORE FOR HIS SERVICES ;)
