After not knowing where I was supposed to drop off the car (my fault for not checking) and being so frustrated that I was going to miss my flight, the Hertz team was amazing!! The shuttle driver got me to the airport just in time for me torealize I left my wallet on te front seat of the rental...my flight was to leave in 25 minutes at that point...the shuttle driver called the store and had them find the wallet AND bring it to me at the terminal!!!! They had my wallet to me so fast that I was able to make my flight!!!! Absolutely amazing people that work there!!! They really do care!!!
