Very friendly staff. Went above and beyond to help me out. Came to pick me up after hours and upgraded me to a nicer car for free. Would absolutely rent from these guys again.

Unique experience

Worst cars, worst service EVER! 1st rental
had low tire pressure as soon as it was driven off lot but couldn't be exchanged until following day! 2nd car was a 2012 w/less than 10000 miles. 3 days later battery died. AAA came out to start. Next day, made it to work., car was dead again. Called Hertz by 8am. Staff returned call 4 hrs later after 2nd call. Staff (supposed manager Jack) stated he wouldn't come out (2 miles away)to exchange car, wouldn't wait for AAA to jump start car because I'm tired & only work til 6."
That's what roadside assistance is for."
