Provided by YP.commy wife and i went for breakfast on sunday morning (8/2/2009). we have gone to other IHOPs with good sevice and warm food.
this was our second visit. we were forgotten several times. we had to wave for somebody, so they could find our waitress. our food was almost cold. my wife had wanted a refill on her water, the waitress said she would be right back, after awhile she came back and asked my wife if she still wanted water? we always leave a tip-this is one of the very few times that we left no tip.
