Do you like rats?

DO NOT LIVE HERE! You may be lured in by the cheap price and the sweet signing deals but DONT DO IT! First of all, when I moved in it took a week before my electricity was turned on because some idiot before me was stealing electricity. And when it did turn on my AC didn't work. Then I discovered ants. Multiple calls to the office yielded no results so I took care of that problem on my own with Terro. The grounds are disgusting, littered with trash, glass, dog feces and stray cats. Sometimes the access gates refuse to work and you end up stuck in the drive up lane for hours. The manager, Kelly, NEVER calls back or follows up with residents. The leasing agents are inept. They lose your packages. The other tenants are pure trash, I had a neighbor knocking on my door in the middle of the night trying to convince me to talk to him. The police are always investigating a crime. There are stray raccoons everywhere. Maintenance rarely follows up. I had a leak burst in my ceiling and they didn't come until the next day after which my mattress was ruined. Of course Kelly didn't call me back to discuss that either. And you know what the best part is? The rats! Save yourself, no place is cheap enough to deal with these injustices.
