Javier Roman-Gonzalez, MD is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology, practicing with South Texas Cardiovascular Consultants. As an adolescent, Dr. Roman-Gonzalez watched his mother, a nurse in the OR, and knew he never wanted to do anything other than practice medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1991.
