I came here with a couple of friends and we got the worst waitress ever! I don’t remember the waitress’s name. I think her name was Jessica. She's light skinned, short, and chubby. And she also has long, curly, brown hair picked up in a ponytail. She was really slow and hardly came to our table. We didn’t want to be mean to her and complain to the manager so we just left it like that. I came to Carino’s a second time and the same waitress wanted to serve us, but we asked for someone else. She became angry and started passing by our table several times. Then she came to our table and took our bottle of olive oil for no reason and we asked why she took it and she said “WHAT??!!! I’m just going to refill your bottle!!” and gave us an ugly look. We then saw her in the back of the restaurant leaning over our bottle of olive oil like she was spitting in it. We refused to take that bottle back so we got a new one from another table. She got even angrier and started sweeping right next to our table and cussing under her breath. That’s when we decided to tell the manager about her. He did nothing to get rid of her. He only gave her a “warning” and kept her working there. The manager obviously doesn't care about his customers. I never went back again. I feel sorry for whoever eats there especially with that insane waitress.
