Do not use this company for your moving needs. They do extremely inaccurate inventories. I had a box with about $700 of camp gear in it, they listed it as "black box". They also marked EVERYTHING as damaged, regardless of condition. The on-site employee told me "Even if you just bought it, it would still be soiled, because you sat in it", when I questioned him about the couch write up. I attempted to go back through the inventory, but the employee called the owner, and the owner refused to let me go back through my inventory, and told me they were leaving regardless of how I felt. He was extremely rude, and cursed at me, even though I was polite and professional. This company needs to go out of buisiness. DO NOT USE this company!
