I love this facility and all the people. They are great. I lost 26.4 pounds in the 6 week challenge. And they make you feel like family.

Location
We have a 9,000 sq ft facility, complete with a kids room, mens and womens bathrooms and showers, a separate mobility/ yoga area, we still have 5,000 sq ft of floor space to workout on. We also have an olympic lifting area to go along with our barbell club.
