Me and my family moved to San Antonio from Mississippi and bringing my kids to this daycare was home away from home for us. The staff is caring and kind and are very attentive to my kids. Each one of my kids are crazy about their teachers and I just love the creative crafts the kids bring home weekly. This is my kids first time in daycare and they have learned so much in the short time they have been there. The facility always smell good and is very clean. The director is very involved and is always tree when you need here. So glad I chose KidCare!!!!

Dirty and inexperienced staff who just doesn't care. At first I was skeptical because the place did look a little out dated. They were running a special so I decided to give it a try. My daughter has developed a diaper rash there and the staff (director) proceeded to say, "well maybe its a yeast infection" maybe its a "heat rash" no maybe your staff just doesn't know how to change diapers. I took my child there on Monday morning diaper rash free after caring for her all weekend and by Monday afternoon when I picked her up the rash was back. I brought powder and diaper rash ointment which they never even applied. I am just displeased with the staff's sense of urgency or care for the children after all if it weren't for the children they would not even be there. This place is a dump...
