Time Warner Cable contracted King Cable to come over to my house to port two numbers, set up whole home DVR and figure out why the modem that was installed last week doesn't connect to some of my devices. The tech who arrived (Fred) kept looking at his work order wondering exactly what is was he was supposed to do. That isn't exactly confidence building.He told me that the work order he has doesn't show that my two numbers are set to be ported over. I asked to talk with his supervisor. He called a supervisor named Chris who was trying to explain to me that they never received an order from TWC to port the two numbers. I responded, "So who messed up, TWC?" He answered, "Whoever set up the work order messed up.""TWC set up the work order. So you're telling me that TWC screwed up, right? It's not that hard.""Listen sir, you don't have to get snippy with me.""No, no no. You don't understand, this work was supposed to be completed LAST week so I'm a bit frustrated that..."CLICK! The wonderful supervisor hung up on me. I told Fred to leave because I didn't want to deal with King Cable. If you choose to use TWC, demand that they do not send someone from King Cable. I'll be contacting King Cable and find out who is the supervisor for Chris.

Those f'ears showed up at my house and we're leaving at my wife. Their boss was some a@@ named gilbert salazar. Time warner cable should just get rid of this company.

Don't let them come to your house if your wife is home alone. Tell time Warner you want a different company and not king screw my wife company.
