Provided by YP.comDidn't wire our house to code, and not even willing to fix it...seems to be their standard practice.

Provided by YP.comThey have been out twice to our house, today they accused my husband of messing with the outlets and called him a RACIAL SLUR. They also do not seem like they know what they are doing when it comes to electrical work, they are just throwing parts at the issue instead and looking further to see what the actual issue is.

Provided by YP.comThis is the second time in six months we've needed electrical work and used Landmark Electric. Both times the work has been done expertly, quickly, courteously and at a fair price.

Provided by YP.comLandmark wired my Ryland home and when I bought a new range for the kitchen I went with electric from my old gas range. When I plugged in the pigtail for the new range the range literally blew up and started smoking. I quickly unplugged the range and called GE for service. The GE appliance tech came out and discovered that the 220 receptical had been wired wrong and that the hot and neutral were reversed in the wall receptical. He said it was very fortunate that a had not touched the range while it was plugged in because I probably would have been electricuted. I call my own electrician to do the repairs and am hoping GE will cover the repairs under warranty. I called I called Ryland and Landmark both and was told neither of them will accept responsibility for this. Well all I want is to be reimbursed for my extra expenses nothing more as I feel it is their responsibility. What if I had been electricuted you would be paying my family millions instead of hundreds !!!!

Provided by YP.comLandmark Electrical wired my new home. I have been in the home for two months and already have had problems with the wiring. On the outside outlet, the cover to keep water out was just caulked, not screwed into the box. The first time I opened the cover it came right off. The ceiling light fixture in the bathroom was loose. When I went to check out the reason, the electrical box was never screwed into the stud. Instead of screwing the wires onto the outlet for the dishwasher, the original workman used the push in. With the dishwasher vibrating, the wires came loose. The dishwasher had to be pulled and the outlet replaced. The workmanship is poor. I would recommend using someone else.
