LaPalama Apts is decietful and uses malpractice to unlawfully recieve money not legally due to them by forging documents that are not binding to recover fees they are not legally eligible for. I lived in Lapalama for one year and a half and I was without heat for the winter. When I moved in the apartment was in need of repairs that I was promised wouldbe repaired in a timely basis. When I moved some of those repairs were never attended and La Palama saw an opportunity to put those repairs on me after I paid a $200 fee for what was told would be a clsing cost. After I signed off on the apartment the put the cost of the repairs that were before my move in date on me and also put it on my credit. But my husband who the apartment was originally signed they never added him to this dispute. The women in the office dod not like me and I feel like I was discriminated against because I am Black American.
