DO NOT MOVE INTO LAS CIMAS APARTMENTS. THEY ARE ALLOWING EX CONVICTS TO MOVE INTO THE UNITS. I WAS BEING HARASSED AND MY CAR WAS VANDALIZED BY THE NEIGHBORS, THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! i EVEN FILED A POLICE REPORT. THE MANAGER LYNNE STATLER DIDN'T DO A THING! I HAD TO MOVE OUT. I HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE. I DIDN'T GET MY DEPOSIT OR MY PET RENT BACK. FOUR OTHER RESIDENTS COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME PEOPLE. THEY DID NOTHING. RESIDENTS MOVED INTO MY OLD UNIT RIGHT AWAY. AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO SEND ME TO COLLECTION!!!!!!! I DON'T OWE THEM A DIME. LAS CIMAS ARE LUCKY THAT I DIDN'T TAKE THEM TO COURT, FOR ALLOWING VANDALISM AND HARASSMENT!!!!!!!!

Payment options * You will need to pay by money order as this place is basically still in the dark ages and does not offer direct deposit or payment in cash.



Water bill * you will be paying an average of all the residents x the amount of people in your hovel. If you plan on saving money on your water bill forget it.



Electricity * Your smart meter will have your bill rise as much as 3 times the norm in any given month. this is most likely not be caused by las cimas but be warned.



Maintenance * Do it yourself or just live with it. You will need to raise hell at least every week for months on end. some things will just be ignored indefinitely such as the safety night light at the top of our stairs so that you can see the handrail which has been reported so many times I have lost count and overlooked for more than a year.



Customer Service * The Staff are Friendly, Courteous and Helpful but you get the feeling there hands are tied.

Customer service is limited by the owners or some level of upper management's fear of being sued or called out with bad reviews such as this.



Do yourself a favor, DON'T DO IT

I would not advise anyone to move here. We chose the apartments due to location near work and limited time to shop around. Each building has issues with plumbing and has roaches and ants. Neighbors place dirty diapers in front of doors and do not clean up pet feces. The environment is not safe.
