I hired David to do an LLC for my new business. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the benefits and loopholes, which helped us save thousands of dollars in taxes. We were so impressed with him that we referred him to my mother to do a will and living trust. He also, helped my brother with a small business problem and real estate transaction on his home.

Great Attorney, personable, genuine & did not rush us. We met with several others here in town & Modisette was by far the best! He is straight up & hard working - just what we were looking for! Would highly recommend!!!!
