We switched to Liberty after a horrible experience with another managment company. Mark Fee was professional, knowledgable, personable and he is always available. He made the process easy to switch companies. Some renters like companies that are easy, but this company makes sure the processes laid out in the contract are followed. After a few years we put our second home up for sale. It was a process, but he was there every step of the way, no matter what day or time of day. He always explained everything to us, and answered all of our questions. We plan on buying a new home in a few years and renting out our current home. We are defiantly going to use Liberty Managment to manage our home.
I must also say, that the other staff members who managed and repaired our house were a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, professional, personable, and efficient. Liberty has a team of professional personnel who listen, and take care of their customers!

These are diligent and professional managers. They have been a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate the personal service they offer, making me feel like their only homeowner.

I'm happy to have found this business, fast, professional and affordable!

These managers have it together and never miss a beat. I appreciate all of their hard work and I am often amazed at their wonderful ability to handle all these responsibilities for myself and so many other homeowners.

Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly by any company in my life. I have good credit, I have a long term solid rental history with always paying on time and I have always treated the place I was renting like it was my own home. After applying to Liberty Mgmt I got a call from one of their associates due to not being able to verify my rental history ( have rented the same home for 4 years). She was very rude but I was very polite in trying my best to figure out why she couldn’t verify it. She started asking me multiple questions without giving me the chance to answer anything. After I asked her not to raise her voice at me she yelled through the phone that she wasn’t. After her not getting the answers she needed quick enough she threaten to fine me $500 for what I am not sure but I had not signed the lease yet. I finally told her that I was happy to eat the $60 application fee and continue my search with a different company. This young lady needs a lesson in customer service.

TERRIBLE Management Company!! If you are a homeowner looking for a management company that is looking out for your best interested; I suggest you run the other way.

My experience with Martin was fantastic! We were new to the area, and Martin was very professional, flexible, and patient with our requests. He was the b est. I would recommend Martin to anyone as a great Realtor and a wonderful resource for any of your housing needs in San Antonio area.

Being in the property management business myself I wanted to see how other management companies operate. Today I had the chance to meet Kevin Knight and his team. I will say I was very impressed with his operation and his procedures. Kevin is so over the top in his field. Take it from a person who has a property management company he is good and his best interest is in taking good care of you and your property. Go Kevin!!!
