First visit in Jan (WIllie) was very courteous and I received new CPAP w/mask, etc. He said I'd be called periodically and sent replacement supplies. Second visit (Willie) March received new mask. Aug 16 no new mask/supplies received; no call. Current mask is leaking air and leaving big sore on bridge of nose. Kept on hold 10 min by Lincare. Talked w/Carrie who said they don't handle my brand of mask now; will send a new one. We'll see if they follow through. You must be proactive...they won't call you!!!

I must agree with Ron M. Some two months ago I went to Lincare for new CPAP supplies since my old mask had been in use for about 10 months. I was forced from my previous supplier where I had received outstanding support for many years due to MEDICARE changes in authorized sources.



I had not heard anything so today I called Carrie with a request for status on fulfilling my CPAP needs. I was informed that the BILLING DEPARTMENT had determined that my sleep study at Metropolitan Hospital in 1997 was invalid. I was not contacted in any way to let me know of this decision. If I had not taken the initiative to inquire I suppose I would have been waiting until Hades had completely frozen over. This represents the most unresponsive customer service I have ever received and I am 80 years old - instead of providing customer service they serviced the customer. AVOID THIS PLACE AS YOU WOULD THE PLAGUE.

avoid this place like the plague. their customer service is HORRIBLE. The woman named Diana is a complete idiot. It's amazing this place is still in business. I had to give it a single star rating only because it wouldnt let me give a zero rating.
