This billing company sent my account to a collection agency before they ever sent me one statement. They never called to ask for a payment. Just BOOM - IN COLLECTION. After reviewing my insurance explaination of benefits I do not owe this and am trying to get a retraction. They are "reviewing" it and will call me back. That was yesterday and I have not been called back yet.
