BEWARE!!! If I could this this company negative stars I would!!
Eddie Santos Aka Eduardo de los Santos, came to quote our landscape project(February 2020). Gave us an estimate and told us it could be completed next by the end of the following week. We gave him a deposit (check which he immediately cashed) since they were delivering the sod, and soil. He came out the next day to kill a large amount of grass for easier removal. The following day he showed up an hour late, scraped off a 1ft wide by 6ft long area of grass. I was leaving to take kids to school and when I came back he was gone and that is all he had done. After numerous calls and text from myself and my husband, he finally said that he was really busy after all the rain (yet he came out for 10 min). He wasnt busy when we hired him. He also said sod could not be delivered til next week, and said he would bring our deposit back. He has not returned any calls or text. Has NOT returned our money nor has he show up or done anymore work! We are now out $500, and left with a bunch of dead grass.
DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!

From the beginning Eddie listened to our goals and ideas and then sent us drawings that included his ideas. We had a great experience being a part of the process. He explained everything they were doing and the benefits/value to property the final solution would offer. Super communicative and project, considering the scope, went extremely well. Crew was super friendly, knowledgable and professional. Highly recommended!

We hired this company, previously know as Lonestar, now know as Greenstar yardscapes in May for sod and to plant trees. We have had a horrible experience with the owner, Eddie. He very rarely returned calls and he has not finished the job to date. We have 3 dead trees of the three that were planted and multiple areas of dead grass. With water bill's of well over 300 dollars a month I guarantee you the dead trees and grass are not from underwatering. The owner guarantees when he gives you his estimate that he will come out once a week for 4 weeks to check on the grass and he never came out once after he was paid. He was aware of the dead grass from the start and ensured us he would replace it but then told us he was taking a month off and to contact him after that for our issues to be resolved, however since that time he has renamed his company and will not return calls. At this point we would just like reimbursement for the trees. Be warned this company may give a good estimate, however they do not provide quality work or professionalism! I would have given 0 stars if possible.
