Provided by YPmobileI add one star just because I can't do No-star. If you are planning on buying any appliances please be very careful when they offer you the protection plan. Lowes will only be accountable for the first 90 days, after that you will be at the mercy of the manufacturer. Lowes will simply tell you "deal.with it yourself" we have been dealing with a whirlpool water softener issue for more than a month now with no luck other than been pushed back and forward from operator to operator.
