This is the worst luby's EVER!! Do not waste your time even driving by let alone going in. The food is cold and awful, nowhere near the luby's of the past.

My wife and I were eating discussing our day and for a short wonderful time my hugh stress day evaporated. Then all of a sudden a roach dropped from the tv and started running arohnd the table. My wife jumped out of her chair and almost threw up. I complained to the waiter who then told the manager. Without blinking he just said sorry and went to the table I assume to catch the roach. Do not go to this place there seemed to be more behind the tv's. He didn't even give ua money back even thou we didn't even get to eat much when the roach dropped down on us. Avoid this roach infestted place no matter what. We are home now wondering how many were in the kitchen crawling on the food. Wow my first review on-line and were grossed out. False and misleading advertising! The only price displayed was for the "LuAnn Special", described as an entree and two sides. Nothing else in the restaurant had any prices displayed. My wife and I each ordered "LuAnn Specials" - mine was a hamburger patty, a scoop of mashed potatoes, and stale corn; my wife had a piece of fish, potatoes and cole slaw. The bill was well over $30 for perhaps $10 worth of food. When I complained I was told that we had not purchased "LuAnn Specials" but had purchased "Combos" instead. Nowhere was the term "Combo" displayed in the restaurant other than on the cash register receipt. Also, they refused to give us a Senior discount claiming that the discount only applied during limited hours Monday through Friday - no where was that restriction posted. The manager's lame excuse was "we're going to be getting price cards in the future". Had I known the pricing in advance I would have never even entered the building. The manager did adjust our check to what he claimed was the "LuAnn Special" rate, but even that was over $1 per person higher than the rate displayed in the restaurant. Lubys is engaged in false and deceptive business practices, grossly overcharging for at best mediocre food. Needless to say neither I nor any from our party of 8 will ever set foot in another Luby's restaurant again. We will also tell all our friends and associates about our experience.
