5 stars is not enough to express how absolutely unmatched Lucy's is in the daycare, boarding and grooming world. My 5 year old Shepard rescue has been going to the downtown location nearly daily for 4 years. They are her second family. As soon as we pull up, she is climbing over me to get to the door, for she knows all her friends, two- and four-legged, are awaiting her. From the smiling eyes and friendly hellos of the young men and women who grab her from the car to the front desk staff, led by Sophia, the park technicians, led by Jacob, the kettle technicians, and the groomers, the entire staff is always willing to answer questions, listen to concerns and bend over backwards to appropriately and timely address them and just treat my kiddo as one of their own. We are moving away and am going to deeply miss every single one of them. Max, the owner, has truly developed a peerless experience for the doggos and is as approachable, professional and friendly as each one of his staff. Thank you, Lucy's. We will miss you dearly.

Lucy's is the best place ever for grooming and doggy daycare !!! The staff is so wonderful and caring ! I have left ralfie here for boarding services and felt completely comfortable with it ! This facility is clean and we'll kept I especially love that you can view the outdoor play through their web cam - I love Lucy's
