Yes, 5 stars for promptness BUT my expensive linen jacket came back badly wrinkled, VERY POORLY (if at all) pressed. I wasn't thinking about the cheap charge so much as the convenience of the shop to my home. Unfortunately I didn't closely check under the plastic bag until the night before I was to leave on a trip. In tears, I steamed the jacket as best I could. Nightmare!!! So BEWARE. I'll never go back.

I used these guys for months and then I got back a load that had obviously been mishandled ... once I got therough to the bottom of the stack one of the pants had been obviously drug across a coat hanger / edge of a sharp needle but had caused a cosmetic scrape / tear much like a legging/stocking/hose runner you see ... the employees wouldnt work with me and sent me off to management who dismissed it and said they'd only take a look at it if I filed a claim ... never received the claim form as promised and never would return a further call ... DO NOT USE this crew of idiots ... I get tired of this complete and utter lack of professionalism and low standards of execution. He even had the gaul to tell me it was a flawed fabric on this $150 pair of dress slacks ... took it into Dillards and they laughed and said they could clearly identify where something sharp or rough had been drug hard over the plants starting two inches below and scraping the crud out of it to the end where it flawed / opened and cut the line/hole out of them... btw, DougFresh below sounds like a friend / mgr / employee throwing up garbage to improve thei rrating... dont buy it!
