Horrible service!! They advertise "In by 9, Ready by 5". I had my items in at 8:50am, explained that I needed them same day and was promised they would be ready after 5pm (as advertised). Went at 5:20pm and clothes were not even at the store. The man in front of me had the same issue. I was told by the woman working that they must have been held up. Already running late, I was forced to find an alternate outfit in my closet for an important event. Store employees are unprofessional, poorly dressed and look as though they just rolled out of bed. Will NEVER use them for services again!!
