This store is awful. Twice now they have promised clothing and can never find it because they are overloaded. Your clothes come back smelling terrible. The staff is rude and unhelpful. A young man on Monday, November 16 that waited on me was so rude another customer spoke up for me. Get this business out of the Bulverde Road area!

This store will lose you clothes! Period! They have lost several of mine, and they never reimbursed me. They know it's not worth it to get a lawyer since his' (the lawyer) cost will be greater than the garment. I heard they have been losing a lot of clothes latey and not paying the customer once it happens. They almost dare you to get a lawyer. Dutch Boy Cleaners is right down the street and a whole lot better. Maverick Cleaners has also destroyed my clothes with rips, tears, etc. Trust me you will be sorry for going to Maverick Cleaners!!!
