BEWARE! the entire staff is rude! especially the lady Martha that answers the phone she is a total biotch. everytime i call to make an appointment for my child she always gives me a hard time. she sounds nice at first but, do not let that little voice fool you. she is mean and horrible and can never give you an appointment when you need it! what sucks, is that dr sergio ramon is so nice but, he needs to get rid of all those bad apples. please do not waste your time or take your children there. the wait time is horrible, the office stinks (literally), they have nothing but ghetto staff with no education working there and you can never see the doctor that you want to see and again the staff is rude rude rude. i reported them to the state and i hope fire all those stupid ugly grenades they have working there. thanks career point...you really know how to pick em

I've been going there for too long. Everytime I go I always tell myself that I will look for another Doctor. My children are healthy and rarely need to go to the doctors office and that is why changing has never been a priority. BUT it is a terrible office. They are not friendly what so ever. The doctor is rude and loud. My children do not like him. The staff is NOT helpful. The first review was dead on!!! This year I AM changing doctors!

I hate this office, the only reason I took my son there was because they would not circumsize him in the hospital. The staff is rude, Dr.Johnson's nurse is like super rude. Like she has no emotion towards kids, she doesn't smile and she greets you as if it's a chore. You can never get through the phone line and when you do they are nothing less than RUDE. The only person that has ever been nice was Dr.Sanders' MA she was awesome, but too bad we only saw him once. The office staff is not very nice either, they don't believe in greetings or smiles. I would not recommend this office to anyone not even if it was an emergency. There is constatley new office staff working there.
