Mendez Cafe has the best home made flour tortillas in San Antonio and you can't beat the prices. All the employees are very nice.

A great little out of the way place that serves good food at very reasonable prices. A nice clean atmosphere, might have to wait for a table depending on the time you get there, but worth the wait.Try the chicken suizas on Fridays. The best!!!
