Ordered a Tuxedo for my son well over a month in advance for a Saturday night Prom. Was told at ordering date that the tux would be ready the Thursday before and we were assured we would be getting a call prior to let us know when it would be ready for pick up. Of course, no phone call!! When I called, I was placed on hold and no one ever came on the line. Then when I called back to let them know of my long hold time, Deanna was nothing less than a $#&&! to me. She was very, very, very, very, very, rude!!! She shouldn't be allowed to talk to customers at all!! Once they have your money they can treat you like you don't matter. I guess Men's Wearhouse doesn't believe in repeat business. Too bad for them!!! Upset customer in San Antonio, TX.
