Trying to get a live person on the phone was frustrating. I got transfered three times, when i did get a live person to answer a simple question. She was rude. I spoke to Christina who works in the Fee Service Dept. and she did'nt know the answer's to my question and then she transfered me without letting me know. The phone operator who does not work for the fee service was very helpful.
