Unfortunately, this company does not take responsibility for damage caused by their own technicians. Admitting that they actually created a problem that did not exist previously is not something that they will do. Rather, deception and denial are the modus operandi of this organization. You'd think it would be hard to screw up an oil change, but you'd be wrong. Responsibility for one's own actions is something that my four-year-old is learning. Apparently it's something that the owner and manager of this establishment have still not learned. Until they do, stay far away!

No, no, no! I took my 2008 Honda Accord to Midas twice for a simple oil change...meanwhile, Midas managed to screw up the oil pan ($600 repair). Not only did they damage the pan, they refused to acknowledge their mistake and lied to me about the consequences of putting an over sized oil plug in as a quick "solution". Since they overly tightened the normal sized plug, the threads were stripped out when they took the regular plug out. So they created new threads by putting an over sized plug in. What they didn't tell me was that I would have to have my oil pan replaced and that no other oil service company would change the oil because of the over sized plug. Thanks, Midas.



Don't come here! Go to Valvoline. Save yourself the hassle and headache that will result from dealing with annoying and degrading employees who attempt to shirk off any responsibility from mistakes caused on their part. Better Business Bureau will be hearing from me shortly.



A reputable business like Valvoline will give you a satisfactory oil change and they won't overcharge you, either. I hope this review will serve as a warning to others on the negligence, carelessness, and dishonesty of Midas. Unsatisfactory customer service, they did not explain the damage that would be created from the over sized plug. Neither were they willing to work with me or admit to creating this problem. I talked with Davin and he denied responsibility even though I have only come to Midas for oil changes and have the papers to prove it. I am definitely frustrated to say the least, and will not be returning to Midas again. From now on, Valvoline will be getting my service because I know they are trustworthy and honest and can change my oil without damaging the pan.

Best place to take any vehicle, fast and friendly service. These guys are a great group of mechanics they really know their stuff.. always greeted with a smile. Honest, hard working, polite and very respectful. wouldn't go anywhere else....

i would not let these people work on my bicycle more less touch my car again. i can sum up there bussiness in one word crooks. buyer bewear, i took my car in to have a brake job repair and these people have the midas touch all right, they touched my wallet. i was overcharged for parts and labor and the work they said they performed were not done. again do not let these crooks touch your car not only will they rip you off but they are unsafe. I rated them as one star and thats way over rated.
