Took my son in for a filling, after 2 hrs, all they got done was the x-rays, we were so tired of waiting, we just had to leave. Time is money, and if we are missing work to give them our business, than they better show better appreciation for our time and money. On top of that, anytime you call during business hours, 50% of the time your call gets routed to their answering machine that says they are closed, and to call back during their normal business hours, which, every time I have called was during their business hours. So not only is the staff in back horrible, so is their front desk clerks. I do not recommend this location at all.

I was billed $25 the amount of my co-pay which I paid IN CASH at the time of visit. Now being billed for another $25. What is wrong with this?????

This dentist office is a joke! First of all, they filled a supposed cavity incorrectly. They screwed up sooo bad that i had to go to a different dentist to have it fixed! Second, they said that i had a cavity in another area of my mouth. I asked for a second opinion at my new dentist only to find out that there wasn't even a cavity. So, in the end Monarch dental was going to perform a cavity filling on a tooth that didn't even have a cavity! There name should be changed to MONEYSUCKERS!
