Only reason they got 1 star was because I couldn't leave 0 stars!



These people are big time scammers. They agreed to move our things for a set price and demanded $200 more than that price when arriving at the new house! They refused to unload the truck and honor the original price and were about to leave WITH our items (in other words STEAL our items or an additional $200). They only agreed to unload the truck when the police were going to be called. BE VERY CAUTIOUS of this company!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.

Leo and his crew did a great job. They were very prompt and careful with all my items. I feel this company goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from local movers.I highly recommend Move Busters and will refer them to all my friends.

I am a disabled person. I needed to move within 2 hours and move busters cam through for me at a late hour..even gave me a discount..these guys were great and very professional..I highly recommend them!

I used this company even though I read the bad reviews..Wichita turned out not to be true..the took care of my property and made this moving experience a simple one..I even tiped the workers 50 each cause I was happy with how they performed their jobs..no hidden fees and gave me a discount and only charged me 45 per hour for the first 2 hours!! Best prices in town..

I highly recommend these guys,they were able to make a emergency move at 1 in the morning,& also gave a military discount. These guys are great.

I hate the tells-you-nothing reviews so here's my total experience. We are a retired military family so moving is nothing new for us just generally we're moving much farther away. Move Busters was easy to contact and was responsive both via phone and email. They were able to book a move very quickly, on a Sunday, during a holiday three day weekend. The price is good. The laborers were friendly and the truck was in good shape. Nothing was broken and nothing is missing. All bonus' so far. I was booked for nine, they showed up at 11:30. I booked four hours which, in my experience, should have been more than enough time for the move. It took them six hours. The laborers were very vocal about being upset that it was a move to a third floor apartment. They also spent a lot of time on the phone, not sure if it was business or not. In the end, not the worst movers I've ever had but maybe not top notch either. I think you get what you pay for and these guys were cheap but well worth the help.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST..THEY WERE ABLE TO MOVE ME ON SHORT NOTICE..IN THE RAIN!! THESE GUYS WERE VERRY PROFESSIONAL AND HANDLED ALL MY PROPERTY WITH NO DAMAGE...I RECOMMEND MOVE BUSTERS TO EVERYONE..THEY HAVE THE LOWEST RATES IN TOWN!!!

I have no idea where these good reviews come from. They damage your stuff and then they don't answer their phone. They are rude and very unprofessional. Report them to the BBB and to living social or amazon local if you purchased the deal from them. If you have not used you rdeal try to get your money back!

WORST experience I had, They damaged a bunch of my furniture and when you call them about the insurance they claim to have they hang up on you, The manager said he does not like getting bothered with phone calls and hung up on me and so did the girl in the office.

DO NOT USE this moving company! Movers were supposed to be here at 10:30am. It's now 5pm and they are still not here. When they decide to take your call, they tell you they're running late. Then they stop taking your calls and send you straight to voicemail. They took my money from pre-payment of the Amazon Local "deal" and did not provide their service. Voicemail is generic Google subscriber is not available message without giving the company name so you don't know who you're calling. Took the day off work only to be lied to all day and not show up. Save yourself a lot of hassle and inconvenience and choose another company for your moving needs

Not happy at all! Some of my furniture is missing the other furniture is scratched up. Been trying to get a hold of somebody for days now... No answer.

Hire them! They did a good job and they were the lowest rates I could find. No hidden charges like Monster Movers or Half Price. I've moved several times used several companies and this one by far was the lowest I paid and the most service I received without any "Hidden Fees" Thank You Michael and Chris for all your help!

Great rates, extensive help no additional charges. The only thing I could say is they were a little late.

This company deserves to be recognized for their low rates that were not offered to me from ANY other company. I must have called 10 different moving companies who were charging for everything. What floor, how many boxes, and how much furniture was the common questions I was being asked. When Adriana answered she was courteous and explained the hourly rate (that did not change once I was moved) and when I prompted what i was moving she simply answered Mrs. Helen the rates stay the same no matter what we are moving, you don't owe us any explanations. Thank You for being reasonable with your rates and for making "The moving process" easier than what I expected.

Very affordable, wrapped all my furniture with no extra charges, I would recommend them to anyone who is on a budget and needs there furniture handled with care.

Movers you can depend on! Me and my fiance decided it was time to live as one, I hired Move Busters which were able to help with the move on July 4th. After calling many OVER PRICED movers I found reasonable rates with MB. Not only was it a holiday but I also had a set time for the elevator that was in our condo building, they were great!!!!
