Took my vehicle in thought it was transmission going out but Larry told me just needed flushed and filter changed. He could have told me otherwise and I would have spent a lot more than needed to. I trust Mr. Transmission above all others. Great service and done work timely. Am referring to all I speak with. ABSOLUTELY.

From the beginning to the end, this company took care of me 110% not only did they provide good service but they also provided a free tow to there yard which no one was willing to do for me.Thank you Robert for keeping me informed on every step that was taken on my transmission and for not having any hidden fees at the end.I will definitely use this place again if I ever have to!!!👍🎉👍🎉👍

The guys at Mr. Transmission are totally incredible. We had to bring in or a 1964 Chevelle Super Sport Malibu in on a flatbed trailer. Mr. Danny O'Rourke and his team went totally through our Chevelle. They rebuilt our two speed Powerglide transmission, fixed the rear main oil seal on the motor, the oil pan gasket and oil pain drain plug, new gas tank, shocks, and rebuild the steering gear. They restored our passing gear that we've never had for the last 30 years. They are total perfectionist's and we cannot recommend them enough. Total excellence. And all at an affordable price. Now we can start going to the car shows again. Thank you Danny!!

Had my transmission replaced cost $2,400. When I picked my car up after the repair it did the same thing it had did when I first took it in. I took the car back and the next day it was repaired. I began to wonder how can you fix the same problem in one day that previously took almost 2 weeks and $2400. Transmission lasted a little over a year and they wanted to charge me $2,400 again. When I refused the service I had to pay a diagnostic charge. Brought me a transmission on line for $900 had Rodriguez tire install it for $250. Why is Mr. Transmission charging $2400?

I'm always skeptical about the next auto repair shops scamming on an individual and I didn't get that from these folks. Affordable, works with people and again great service.

have been going here for years and i have never had any trouble with the work done,i have always been treated with respect, all the the staff knows their job and does it well. the only thing i see wrong is that there are not more people dedicated to their costumers satisfaciton and a high standard of quality workmanship like the ones at Mr Transmision

I recently had my brakes done at Mr. Transmission on Austin Hwy. They had my car in and out in on a Saturday. The price was less than they quoted me and now the vibration is gone and so is the loud squeal. Neil was very helpful and explained to me that the rotors were what was making it vibrate and the pads being worn were making the loud high pitched noise. I will definately go there if my transmission ever warps or wears out.

I was getting quotes to repair/replace transmission when Neil asked me to hold on, that I should get diagnosis b4 spendind alot of $$$. I came Sat but Diagnostics guy was off. Neil said they`d run scan free if id wait. 30 mins later he informed me that codes showed engine misfire. I grew up b4 cars were loaded wh sensors, so if trans slipped it was tranny. He could have sold me transmission 4 couple thousand, instead he chose to be honest. I called his boss next day to say thanks though I was a little worried he might not be so happy, but he said Neil did the right thing, that it is bad karma to cheat customers, and God expects better. So hey, I saw the other reviews saying they are "pricey" but maybe u get what u pay 4? Ps: He was exactly right. Even though i recently replaced plugs/wires, 1 was bad, and Robert at Autozone told me i shiuld replace crankshaft speed sensor, problem solved. So im just saying, how many people/bussinesses r cool wh giving up easy $$$ 4 integrity??

Very friendly, knowledgable staff. They worked with me to help me find options to get my transmission fixed on my truck. I looked and saw that they are backed by the Better Business Bureau whichlet me know they are not shady. Danny and Neil were very up front and honest with me and I appreciate that!
