They were two hours late to replace the broken wheelchair, took 4 days and 6 phone calls to give us the price of the wheelchair since no-one knew the price of the one they gave us, could never give us information about anything till the moment it was happening, even the price was ostentatiously vague saying insurance would only be charged a third of the cost yet not stating what a third is. Work around this company if you can

As long as you follow their ''rules'' and don't question anyone you will get along just fine but ask them why they have not contacted you about the batteries you had purchased a week before and when you call them they say ''oh, the company used the wrong PO number so it will be another week before you get your batteries...we don't know how this happened'' meanwhile I am bed ridden for a week because they forgot to order the batteries. When asked when the PO was rejected the girl said ''last week sometime'' when I asked why nobody had called me to inform me that it was going to be another week an urgent call came in and they would have to call me back - no reply, So as long as your willing to go with the ''good old boy'' company everyone coves everyone else's back this is the company for you. Sadly they get roughly 90 to 95 percent of Medicare business your choices are very limited.



Still waiting, for an answer about my ''custom back'' that was made for me which does not fit/support me correctly.
