Utterly & Undeniably the WORST place in SA! Long story short, Dr. Williams "might" be a good Dr., but His office staff will ruin him before he even has a chance. Alexis the Aesthetician is too put out to stop texting while you're waiting in that EMPTY, VACANT waiting room. Mary the office manager defends Alexis & even SAID she was sick & tired of trying to make those 800 people that purchased those evil Living Social deals happy. She said she is cussed at every day. WOW, no doubt, I'm afraid with her "Get in Line" attitude. I would have LOVED to hear about other products & services offered, but got nothing! No upselling, nada! With that 800 people X $100= $8000. Who cares right? But, it could have been a money machine had Alexis & Mary done their job!! People talk, the word spreads! I guarantee my gal pals would have dropped a pretty penny had it come reccommended by me! MORAL OF THE STORY - Whether you have $100 or $10,000 to spend, take it ANYWHERE else! There are plenty of reputable establishments and Dr.'s in SA who will treat you right! Respectfully So & how it should be....when THEY work for YOU!!
