Frank has been cutting my hair for 16 years! You won't find a better haircut or price in San Antonio.

Been going to these guys for years and it's the best cut in town. Don't know what the other reviewers complain about. Some people you just can't please. $11 for a good haircut is worth it. Always packed on Saturdays, must be doing something right!

The only reason I don't rate this Barber at 5 stars is for one reason and one reason only. The barber who calls himself Frank "The Godfather" is one of the most opinionated conspiracy theorist I have ever met. God forbid anyone makes a single negative comment about his opinion. It's a shame when someone can't make a single remark at a barbershop without being verbally attacked. I though a barber shop was a place for expression. Off the Top Barber Shop is not that place. If you want a great fade but don't mind sacrificing your opinion for 15 minutes then this barber shop is for you. Just make sure to ask for Mark or Anthony.

Semi nice guys just too much inappropriate habits like being too close to you while they're cutting your hair. Too much touching of the head. Changing prices constantly like charging you $8.00 on one occassion & then $11.00 on another! Watch your hair line with them too!!
