I'd give it a 0 if I could. I was in a wheelchair, the place was practically empty. The lady at the desk was clueless as to how to seat a person in a wheelchair at a table with 2 other people. Yet the family that came in behind us got seated. She had to go ask someone and they had to ask someone else. The waitress tripped over my chair. Really it's pretty hard to miss. After bringing some tea, she took our order. What ever happened to sit the customer ask if they would like a salad or soup and breadsticks & bring it with the drinks not 10min later. Our dinner came right after. Dinner looked like someone threw it in a bowl, mine was thrown on a plate. Lord only knows why you would serve French fries along with pizza to a kid!!! Horrible presentation of food, horrible reception, horrible staff. To top it off lets gab instead of wishing customers a good day when they left. Upon getting to the door this employee rushed in, could have held the door open. Won't go back! EVER!!!

MY SON AND I LOVE OLIVE GARDEN!!! GREAT FOOD, SERVICE, AND STAFF! WE ATE THERE TODAY AND MY SON LEFT HIS NINTENDO DS AND HE WAS VERY UPSET, IT WAS A VERY BUSY DAY FOR THEM AND SOMEONE HONSETLY TURNED IT IN. I WAS SHOCKED BECAUSE THERE ISNT MANY HONEST PEOPLE OUT THERE. THANK YOU TO WHO EVER DID, MY SON AND I APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH. I EVEN OFFERED A REWARD AND THEY WOULDN'T EVEN EXCEPT IT, WOW, RIGHT?
