One Main Financial has the rudest staff of employee working for them. We had a situation that we encountered and needed help to correct it. So we called the branch office, they interned told us to call corporate. Then when we do call all they did was pass you around from department to department. We got laugh at, they made rude comments. We kept trying to handle the situation for days. Every time we called they claimed there were no notes about the problem we were having on our account. When we talked to the last person they told us that they would put notes in the system and that they would have a branch manager to contact us. So when my husband went to talk to them in person the branch manager was rude and disrespectful. My husband has severed our country for 20 years; he is a retired military veteran. To be disrespected in that manner is unacceptable. We decided to put this review up in the hopes that others will tread carefully and hopefully make the decision not to us them. Please go online you will find many like our review. We are sorry we did not check them out first, our mistake.
