they quoted me one price, then charged me another, without even reviewing my purchase with me. I didn't notice until two days later when I checked my bank account. The manager basically called me a liar "frankly I just don't believe you." After 2-3 hours of phone tag with the store and finally the coorporate office the only helpful person I encountered, Donald who is in charge of the customer service division finally reached what I felt was a reasonable compromise by agreeing to refund half of the difference between what I was quoted and what I was charged. I feel that if the manager had truely cared about his customers he would have been able to reach the same agreement with me that Donald did. The actions of the customer service department might have saved me from never buying from O'Reilly's again. But if I do use them it will not ever be at this location. For this neighborhood might I suggest Auto Zone, up the road?
