Being a first time home buyer can be really scary, especially when you don't know exactly what you are looking for. James Snyder at Palm Harbor was not only very knowledgeable but so welcoming and really took his time when showing my fiance and I homes. He took the extra step in making sure to point out every special feature each home had to offer. We came in with certain specifications that we were looking for and James exceeded every one. Once we were done looking at homes and had our eyes set on one, James was there every step of the way, from getting the paperwork ready, to even setting us up with a realtor to find land. Honestly the experience couldn't of gone better! If you are in the market for a modular home, I recommend going to see James! He won't let you down.

We have been shopping for a new home for months now..we have been to all the competition..Titan..Clayton..even other palm harbors and here we were treated with so much respect! Ronnie and Shelbi took such great care of us and they were never pushy with us.. always honest and upfront..no hidden agenda which was so refreshing! Thanks for being so patient with us Ronnie !!!
