i originally had my make-up done by another local artist and was very upset with the outcome. Jeanette was highly recommended by multiple people so i went to her for a consultation on how she could repair what the previous tech had done. she was very patient and explained all the options. two weeks later i had an appointment and i can't say just how pleased i am with the work that Jeanette did. I have regained my confidence and can't thank Jeanette enough for the beautiful work she did. i have referred her to many friends and family.

I'm very surprised by some of the reviews on here. Jeanette is absolutely amazing. I got my eyeliner & lips done and I am beyond happy with them. Her prices are very reasonable unlike some other places I checked. Yes, Jeanette did run a little late for my appointments (about 30-45min), but once I got back there I realized why. She takes her time to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. I would rather wait a little longer and get results that I'm happy with, than to get it done on time and feel rushed and end up being unsatisfied with my makeup. I have no complaints! Her receptionists are very friendly and also very helpful. Thank you Jeanette for my beautiful makeup. You are a true artist! I will be back to get more makeup done soon!

Jeanette McCright is BEYOND WONDERFUL!!! Those that choose to complain about the minimal waiting time may have been happier at a place where you are rushed in & out to ensure that they are "on time" for their next scheduled time slot...or would they have been??? Personally, I am more than happy to wait just a bit longer for Jeanette's pure perfection & be treated as if I am the only person she has that day! THIS IS YOUR FACE people; would you want her to rush through it???

I have been going to Jeanette for years & have referred numerous friends & family members to her. They have all been 100% satisfied with their new & improved beautiful faces & we intend to continue referring Permanent Cosmetics by Jeanette McCright for years to come!

I went to Jeanette for the first time and had previously read all reviews I could find. I was a bit skeptical about the procedure, but was put at complete ease once I got there. The major complaint that I kept reading on her reviews was her tardiness... this is true however, once I went back there I completely understood why. Like the previous remarks, she takes her time with you! She saw that I was nervous and did not rush me into any decisions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. In addition, she was courteous enough to even come to the waiting area and let me know she was almost through and would be right with me. I feel that every person is different, therefore each person's appointment varies in length - just like a doctor appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend her to all friends and family!!!!

Jeanette is wonderful. She took her time to help me decide what I wanted. My natural eyebrows were on even and she worked very hard to get them level. The eyeliner was a mystery to me. Jeanette helped me be comfortable with my choice and made wonderfu recommendatins. My two daughters are going to her for eyeliner which is there Christmas Presents for 2010. I highly recommend Jeanette to any and all.

Jeanette did my make-up as well. I have to agree that the level of professionalism is LOW! If you are late to a doctors appt. you are not belittled when the doctor is running LATE! Jeanette did the same thing to me- left me waiting forever and the staff is absolutely rude and condescending. I had John schumate fix the work Jeanette did and he was great!

I DISAGREE 100 PERCENT.....IT WOULD TAKE A PRETTY DULL PERSON THAT WOULD TOTALLY LOSE IT WITH A RECEPTIONIST SAYING EXACTLY WHAT A DENTIST OR DOCTORS APPOINTMENT WOULD SAY IF YOU WERE LATE...I HAVE BEEN GOING TO JEANETTES PERMANENT COSMETICS FOR OVER 5 YEARS. IF YOU WILL NOTICE THAT WHEN SHES WITH you SHE DOESN'T RUSH...OH BUT I BET THATS OK...RIGHT...IF YOU WERE WAITING...IT WOULDN'T BE ANY DIFFERENCE IF YOU HAD APPOINTMENT ELSEWHERE. SHE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST..DON'T LET ONE PERSONS OPINION FOOL YOU...JUST LOOK AT HER BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES, HER EXPERIENCE, AND HER DEDICATION TO EACH CLIENT..SHE'LL TAKE HER TIME RATHER THAN RUSH BECAUSE someone IS WAITING

I am so happy i decided to get permanent eyeliner done! janet was wonderful. She took her time with me and i receive many complements on my eyes. I would and have recommended permanent cosmetics to my family and friends. Kimberly Chacon

This business was very highly recommended by customers and coworkers but i am not pleased and regret giving this office my business. I had my eye brows, eyeliner, and my lips done. The operator ran 1 and a half hours late on my first visit. I was inconvenienced. Not to mention annoyed by the rude receptionist who hassled me for being 3 minutes late. I told her I was not given good directions then she questioned how it was even possible to get lost. I figured I'd schedule my next visit at earliest possible to avoid being inconvenienced once again. NOPE!!! I showed up ten minutes early just to have Jeanette Mccright show up 1 and a half hours late again. I wasn't seen until 11AM. I was suppose to be seen at 9AM. This operator needs to get it together. BUYER BEWARE. THE RECEPTIONIST IS RUDE.***OPERATOR IS ALWAYS HOURS LATE***

I had a wonderful experience with Jeanette. the pain was minimal and the finished look was perfect. I had chosen an eyebrow clor that she nixed and she was right. I will go back when the need for a touch up apprears.

Horrible! Biggest mistake ever. She was rushed and rude. My eye liner is uneven, very bold on one side, faint on the other. When I asked her to stop during the application (because I felt she was over doing it) she pushed down hard on my forehead and told me to hold still. The eyeliner on that side is crooked! I am searching for a way to remove this mess. The brows are way outside of my natural brow line, too close together. Looks ridiculous.

Very pleased with the incredibly PERFECT work done by Jeanette, she really cares about her customers! The results look so natural even my husband was fooled!! I can't say enough about Jeanette and her staff, they are the friendliest bunch you will ever meet; every question will be answered and every need met before you know you need it! Go see her, you will be extremely pleased!
