THE WORST PLACE FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES!!!

We reserved my grandson's 1st birthday party at the City Base location and did not receive the services that were promised. I feel that management needs more training in how to handle situations when a customer comes in and starts harassing other customers, which is what happen to me. The services promised for the party were 2 1/2 hrs of use, we got 1/2 hr use. Ice cream for the kids, no ice cream. We did receive our pizzas and our drinks and some very bad hospitality. What should have been a joyous occasion ended up causing my family and friends a bad experience. I should have gotten an apology from the manager and a full refund for the inconvience of having to find an alternative place for his 1st birthday party. I did report this to the general manager and did receive a partial refund but no apology.
