I had the worst experience at Dr. Wang office in Methodist Plaza, where the staff REFUSED service and denied to give me that information in writing. after waiting to see Dr Wang for 2 months, and taking off from work, it took Dr Wang staff to send me back home 15 minutes after they asked me to pay $ 157 for office visit but they could not show me a bill ...All of this before I saw the DR. Connie williams, the billing personal, said "Sorry Dr. Wang said he cannot see your son unless you pay first", I said I just need to see a bill that provide me with a biiling/diagnostic code so I can compare your bill with my Insurance EOB, but she said "We cannot do that till after your visit"....So they need me to pay first without knowing what will the Dr do, or waht code he needs to use.....I am very frustrated and disappointed by the office staff and themanager, Jeanne Beville, who did not take a nminute out of her time to talk to me!!! You want me to pay upfront,m show me a BILL.!
