I agreed on a set price for a cell phone on trade. At the time of purchase the owner tried to add an additional $20 on top of the local sales tax rate. After we discussed the local taxes he "angrily" deducted the erroneous charges.

Was told that they would remove my memory card at time of purchase. So I "assumed" that was done. Bad IDEA! I left the store and realized that my memory card with all my family photos was in fact not transferred to the new cell. Upon my return to the store I was quickly told that my prior phone didn't have a memory card!!! Liars! Absolutely Liars! !!!!

Think Hard before you use these guy's! !!'

This place only sells broken and damaged phones. And they have no refund or return policy . Might as well light your money on fire and throw it out the car window

I had a similar experience. I bought an EVO from this store for $349 and it turned out that it had a bad charging port. I went back a few hours later and they said i damaged it. Things got ugly and I did not get them to do anything to help me. basically I threw $349 straight in the trash. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SORRY EXCUSE FOR A STORE TO ANYONE. I told all my friends and family about this unethical place, they screwed me over but i'm gonna make sure no one i care about gets screwed by these rude lying people.

Worst experience ever. I felt so used. No one in this store seems to know how to speak the truth. They sold me a phone that had a bad battery. It would not charge for more than a few minutes. I went back the next day and they said I changed the battery and they would not help me. I spent $300 in this place and they didn't have the common decency to replace the battery. I do not recommend this house of liars. Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off.
