ABSOLUTELY USELESS!

I came to San Antonio with two others to go to an event. We got a hotel in the city, and left until about 10:00pm to rest for the night. Pizza Times' ad was stuffed under our door so we gave a call. 1 1/2 later, our order hadn't arrived. After 5 phone calls and repeated attempts to find out where our order was, the order showed up. Completely wrong. We ordered sausage and got pineapple and Canadian bacon with for some reason one piece of a mushroom. The sodas we ordered were wrong and they charged us $10 even with a discount we managed to wrestle from them. Hotel has apparently tried to keep them out, but people sneak in with those ads. All staff was VERY rude. Worst service ever!

customers BEWARE!!!

We ordered pizza while we were in town at 12:45am and did not recieve it until 3:15am. When my husband refused to accept this and told them nevermind bc we were asleep...they left....and then proceeded to charge the card the next day. Luckily my husband works for a bank and we were able to get our money back...BEWARE!

Rude, terrible sevice. How are they even still in business

I am staying at a local hotel in town on business. There menue was left at my room so I decided to to order in. I originally ordered at 4:30 in the afternoon... It's 7pm now and I just got hung up on by one of their employees because they did not want to hear me complain about their service but only after he yelled at me and cursed at me. At this point I have every right to be aggrevated with their service. When I 1st got my order it was wrong so I called right back and told them. They offered to send the correct so I was ok with that and the waiting began (made that call at 5:15 and was told they would be there in 20 minutes or less).... I called to check on my order again at 5:40 and they acted like they didn't even know what I was talking about. A manager got on the phone and offered to make the order again for me. He was very nice and professional, so I thought. I was told my order would be there no later than 30 minutes. At 6:50 I called again and asked to speak to a manager and was told that they would not be in until 9pm. Huh? I told them I talked to one earlier. They out me on hold and just left me there. I called right back and asked to speak to a manager, supervisor, or any one that could resolve the problem. I was trying to keep my cool until some male got on the phone and was very rude and told me "We already told you a manager doesn't get here until pm". I told him I wanted my money back or my food. The male on the phone got ruder after I told him what had happened and that I was trying to be patient. He started to raise his voice and told me that they were really busy and that he was not going to stay on the phone with me if all I was going to do is complain. At this point I had it and told him I wanted my food or money but I had raised my voice. He yelled at me then cursed at me and hung up. I will NEVER do business with this place again or ever recommend them to anyone either. This has to be the worst customer service I think I have encountered in years and I work in sales.
