The staff here is extremely rude. I called because I had questions and wanted to make an appoint because of an extremely abnormal period. They told me they couldn't give me an appointment because of that and that I was fine. I said ok, maybe I could make my appointment to be for birth control. They told me no, unless I already knew what kind. (I would have liked to talk to a doctor about this!) They were not helpful at all and very very rude. I would not go here. I tried another planned parenthood location and they are way nicer. I wouldn't waste my time with this location. The other locations are worth the drive to avoid this staff.
