Lived here 11years with my grandmother growning up and for YEARS more than once a year something happens with the water and it's turned off and have been times without notice or with notice the same day..if that doesn't bother you than everything else is fine

I agree with Aaron...if you live roaches this is the place

I have lived here almost a year. Not a day goes by that I dont see at least one roach both inside and outside. Apartment management is rude, cold and unaccommodating. After several apartments in my building complaining of roaches management tried to blame it on me. I told them roaches were here before me!

I love it here

I have been here 4 months haven't had any issues on contrary to the other review I love my hot water lasts forever and I've never seen a roach in my apt...the staff is great never taken more than 24 hours to get something taken care of...the only downside is the windows are single pane so you hear everything and there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. other than that I love it here!!!

If you LOVE ROACHES this is the place for you!

If you LOVE COLD showers in the morning, again this is the place for you!! (NEVER ANY HOT WATER).

If you love NO A/C in the summer, this is the place for you!

Maintenance sucks! They never fix anything!

For almost 800.00 a month in rent you are better off renting from a SLUM LORD!

I just want to say that I have lived here for about 4 months now, and its been great so far. Their is a couple things that need addressed like the people in APT 101-1, and 612-1 seem to not care about the pet policy. They allow their dogs to poop everywhere but the dog poop areas. Also I noticed they have no leashes on them, and the Boxer is a very big. Besides the dog poop problem I can honestly say the office staff goes the extra mile to help you, and to make sure everything is taken care of.
