These people are real welcoming and seem down to earth when you first get your home rented. They say they will take care of you, and that all of their tenants stay with them a long time because of their service. These are all bold..face..lies...I asked for them to look at my broken bathroom 3 weeks ago. She states to me on the phone why I haven't paid my rent. Well why haven't you gotten back with me about my restroom. They have nothing to do with each other. She feels as though I should apologize even though she has done nothing and I still pay a steep 2 day late fee. She further goes to put an eviction notice on my door and charge me a $100 "Trip Fee." When I bring up the restroom, leaking garbage disposal she says..."why don't you reset the switch!" What switch stops a garbage disposal from leaking? She tells me that me asking her during a 10 minute conversation to fix our restroom isn't enough. I need to call her multiple times for her to be able to get that done. I was shocked. Why do I need to call you multiple times to get something done you TOLD ME YOU WERE GOING TO GET FIXED IMMEDIATELY? She yell's and keeps trying to bring up rent when I'm making my payment that same day. Saying I'm in the wrong. My Lease Directly states all late fee's in it, and she took it way too far. I'm very dissatisfied with my level of service. Her husband is a really nice person, and I enjoyed working with him. I genuinely believe he is a good person. However this lady..Mrs. Pleasant Properties is Full of Irony. This has been the Polar Opposite of Pleasant. This is Torture and I look forward to Moving Out. I'm sorry I ever said anything bad About Coldwell Banker, and all my other companies I've worked with.

RENTERS BEWARE...Don't get dooped like me. I'll probably get screwed on my deposit. Never have a good restroom downstairs. Have leaking nasty fluids in my kitchen, and pay my rent in a timely fashion. Thank God I'm buying my Next House.

Worst of all...I'm in the business of Selling People Very Expensive things, and I'd pray any of my customers ever experience or felt this way...Oh ya and she yelled at my lady. Such a sweet lady.

Pleasant Properties is the real estate company that my family and me use for all our real estate needs. I have had the Pleasants help my husband and I rent a couple of homes and when we bought our first house. They are always available to answer any question we had and are always there for you after the renting/buying/selling process should you have a question or concern later down the road. They have been in the real estate business for over 30 years and know exactly what they are doing.
