Hello, I recently called this company and spoke with an extremely rude person. Extremely! I'm not going to sit here and play innocent because I was being slightly aggressive because she could noti understand me. With that said I feel like there was no need for that at all. I was looking to purchase a car since I recently got into an accident. It just blows my mind that progressive auto Plex would hire such a rude person. And to me it says a lot about the company. Not only did you hang up on me but just her tone her attitude everything that she said to me was extremely rude. Then when I asked for her name she refused to give it to me she also refused to give me the address and said I could just look it up on Google also refused to give me the owners name and number. The fact that progressive auto Plex would hire such a rude person, to me it says a lot about the company. Not only did she hang up on me but just her tone her attitude everything that she said to me was extremely rude. I wish I could give the company a zero stars.

Easy and fast approval! Great selection for everybody. So happy I bought my car here. And Victor is very respectful owner. I send people here all the time and everyone's satisfied. Highly recommended����
